FEIJOA - Acca sellowiana

 The Feijoa belongs to the Myrtaceas family. It is from 5 to 7cm long and its shape varies from round to oval. It is a fruit of smooth or slightly rough skin, green when ripe. The pulp is white, granular, watery and its middle is translucent with very small seeds hardly felt when eaten. It has a sweet flavour, with a slightly acid taste. Our fruit emits a pleasant and lasting aroma.
