GULUPA - Passiflora edulis var.edulis

The Gulupa belongs to the passion fruits family. The fruit is almost round, with 40 to 50gr of weight and 5 to 5.5cm of diameter. It has a resistant, smooth, thick and dark purple shell; the pulp consists in small, edible, black seeds covered by a crystalline and juicy yellow-orange pulp. The flavour of our Gulupa is unique, it is sweet and slightly acid, with a very pleasant aroma.
